Our last classes of the year will be held on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th December.
We’re taking a two week break, with classes resuming on Monday 5th January 2026.

Jessica’s Monday morning classes will continue to run throughout the summer.
Tuesday classes with Helen & Tom will continue up to and including 5th August. They are then taking a break, resuming on 16th September.

This is one of the most common questions from beginners planning to attend a class for the first time.
Our recommendations are:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement (we don’t recommend jeans); leggings, jogging buttons, loose trousers.
Ideally flat shoes rather than trainers, but trainers are ok if that’s all you have.
Barefoot is best if that’s comfortable for you. Not socks or slipper socks as your feet will slide.
Tom and Helen will be taking a break in August, with all classes cancelled for four weeks. The only group that will continue to run throughout August is the Sport in Mind Tai Chi class, on Tuesdays at The Mint. Any queries at all, please just get in touch with us.
Jessica’s Monday morning class will continue throughout August.
All classes have now concluded for 2023.
The Mint class resumes on Tuesday 2nd January.
All other classes will resume from Monday 8th January.

The majority of our classes will resume from Tuesday 19th September. We have a new class starting at Sowton Village Hall on Wednesday 20th September. The Kenton Victory Hall class will resume on Wednesday 27th September.
