Jessica’s Monday morning class will continue throughout August, except the Bank Holiday on 31st.
Tom and Helen will be taking six week off from 4th August – 8th September. Classes will resume on Tuesday 15th September. Any queries, please contact any of the instructors via Text/Whatsapp/Email.
Jessica is on holiday w/c 16th March 2026, her class is therefore cancelled.
Tuesday’s classes with Tom and Helen will run as usual.
Jessica’s Monday morning classes will continue to run throughout the summer.
Tuesday classes with Helen & Tom will continue up to and including 5th August. They are then taking a break, resuming on 16th September.

Tom and Helen are away for two weeks, so no classes or groups with them now until Tuesday 18th March 2025.

We’re all taking a break in September so the timetable is slightly altered as follows:
w/c 02/09 – All classes are running as normal
w/c 09/09 – All classes are running as normal
w/c 16/09 – All classes cancelled
w/c 23/09 – All classes cancelled
Tom and Helen will be taking a break in August, with all classes cancelled for four weeks. The only group that will continue to run throughout August is the Sport in Mind Tai Chi class, on Tuesdays at The Mint. Any queries at all, please just get in touch with us.

Tom and Helen are off for two weeks, so their classes have been cancelled for w/c 5th and 12th February 2024.
Jessica’s classes will still run as normal throughout February.
All classes have now concluded for 2023.
The Mint class resumes on Tuesday 2nd January.
All other classes will resume from Monday 8th January.
