Our online classes continue and we also have three Tai Chi in the Park sessions available too:

All sessions are held in Pinces Gardens, Exeter EX2 9EN (near the historic wisteria tunnel).
Advance booking is required to ensure we remain in line with current guidance of five attendees plus one instructor.

In order to accommodate differing levels of experience and to focus our teaching, we are organising the evening sessions as follows:
6.00pm warm-up/silk reeling
6.15pm-6.45pm Laojia – first quarter
6.45pm-7.15pm Laojia – second quarter
7.15pm-8.00pm Laojia – third and fourth quarter
This may change on a daily basis, depending upon who logs in to join the class. Everyone is welcome to join us for the section most appropriate for them.
