WEEKLY SCHEDULE (updated July 2025)

Our weekly in person classes are held at the St Thomas Centre, Church Road, Exeter EX2 9BQ.

The current schedule is as follows:

Weekly Classes:
Mondays 10.00am-11.30am with Jessica (£8.00)
Tuesdays 10.00am-11.15am with Helen (£7.50)
Tuesdays 6.30pm-8.00pm with Tom & Helen (£8.00)

Free Class – Tai Chi for Mental Wellbeing
Tuesdays 2.30pm-3.30pm @ The Mint Methodist Church EX4 3AT
(for those with mental health problems)
