We will be in Princesshay, Exeter (in front of Debenhams and the Strada Restaurant) tomorrow (Sat 6th August) between 2.30pm-3.30pm – come along and join in with some Tai Chi and Chi Kung exercises.

Workshop – Saturday 6th August 2011
Our next Saturday morning workshop will be held on 6th August 10am-1pm at our usual St Thomas Parish Church Hall venue.
The format seemed to work well on 2nd July, so we’re going to repeat it. The workshop will cover:
Forms – Laojia & Xinjia
Pushing hands (Tuishow) exercises
Dates for the rest of the year are (all at St Thomas 10am-1pm):
3rd September
1st October
5th November
3rd December
The topics for the above dates will be confirmed nearer the time. If you have something you would particularly like to cover on a Saturday morning, let us know.

Workshop – Saturday 2nd July 2011
Our next Saturday morning workshop will be held on 2nd July 10am-1pm at our usual St Thomas Parish Church Hall venue.
The workshop will cover:
Forms – Laojia & Xinjia
Pushing hands (Tuishou) exercises
Pushing hands will be purely optional and you do not have to take part in the exercises if you do not wish to – you can use the whole morning to concentrate on improving your form.
However, we would encourage everyone to have a go as working with a partner enables you to gain a lot of feedback about your own posture, structure and connection.
Could you please let me know if you are planning to attend and let me have a £10 deposit. The total cost of the workshop is £20.

Workshops – Saturday 11th June 2011
Our next workshops will be held on Saturday 11th June. The morning session will cover both Laojia and Xinjia Forms (10am-1pm). The afternoon will be a continuation of the Straight Sword Form (2pm-5pm). Could you please let me know if you are planning to attend either or both sessions? Helen
