Welcome to the Exeter School of Tai Chi Chuan

Chen style Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese Martial Art that is famous around the world for the health and fitness benefits that it conveys.   Since the year 2000 we have followed the teachings and training methods of the Head of the Chen Family, Grandmaster Chen Xiao Wang. We now also follow his nephew and Chief Coach, Master Chen Ziqiang.

Classes offer a challenging mix of holistic exercises that enhance body and mind.  The body will gain strength, flexibility, co-ordination, relaxation and balance.  The mind is trained to become calm and focused.
