Future workshop dates:

i. Sat 4th February 10.00am-1.00pm Laojia or Xinjia Form Practice

ii. Sat 3rd March 10am-2.00pm Weapons Practice (Broad, Straight or Double Broad Sword forms) * We recommend that anyone wishing to start learning a sword form should start with Broad Sword. Please let Tom or I know if you would like to attend and we’ll discuss the purchase of swords *

iii. Sat 31st March 10.00am-1.00pm Push Hands, applications and joint locks

As usual, please let me know if you would like to attend any of the above workshops and pay a £10 deposit (per workshop). Total cost: 3 hours £20 4 hours £25
